Refunds will only be offered for damaged or undelivered items.
Refunds only apply to prints and not to original artwork or commissions.
Damaged or undelivered items
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact me immediately to explain the issue.
I want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase and that the artwork reaches you in good condition. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
What to do:
A. Damaged artwork upon delivery:
Please provide detailed photos of the damage to the outside of the original packaging/parcel, as well as the damage to the artwork itself, highlighting all areas of damage. Please add a brief description of the damage. This is necessary in order to claim a refund from the delivery company. Please email the photographs to lewiswashingtonsketch@gmail.com.
The delivery company is only responsible delivery and any damage caused during transit. If the artwork is damaged after it was delivered to a safe space, neighbour, or communal apartment building letterbox, then this will not be covered by the delivery company's insurance and I cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Once photos are received, I will happily investigate the damage and offer a refund or replacement if applicable. You will receive an Email from me to clarify your preference / confirm re-delivery of your item(s).
B. Undelivered items:
Delivery/shipping typically takes 5-7 days to a UK address from the time of order. During the Christmas period, this delivery/shipping time may be a little longer. You can expect to receive your item(s) within 1-4 days from when you receive the delivery/shipping notification Email.
If you receive a confirmation Email from me that the artwork has been sent out for delivery/shipped, but it has not arrived within this anticipated delivery period, please Email me at lewiswashingtonsketch@gmail.com and I will happily look into this.
